Fresno County Fire Incident Request Form

This request is for Incidents under the jurisdiction of the Fresno County Fire Protection District. This process may take up to 30 days to complete. Wildland Fires under the jurisdction of the Californa Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) can be obtained by going to https://www.fire.ca.gov/about/resources/california-public-records

Exempt records may not be disclosed or may be redacted consistent with the California Public Records Act. (See, Government Code Sections 6254 and 6255). Only finalized reports that pertain to closed investigations shall be subject to production

I understand there is a $5.00 fee for the fire report, which must be paid by check or money order payable to the Fresno County Fire Protection District at 210 S. Academy Ave., Sanger CA 93657 prior to the release of the records.
